2017 FH
Cabernet Sauvignon

An easy Cabernet to like, with concentrated fruit, healthy tannins and mouthwatering freshness that invites another sip.

Enticing aromas of violet, spice and dark plum herald rich, vibrant flavors of blackberry, blueberry and dark chocolate. The tannins are ample and ripe, focusing the fruit, dried herb and subtle. Lightly-toasted oak tones that linger in the finish. Just hitting its stride now, the 2017 will reward six to eight years in the cellar.

The 2017 FH Cabernet is a blend of seven outstanding vineyards from across the Columbia Valley, with a splash of Malbec (7.5%), crafted to please both the fans of the 2016 FH (sold out) and newcomers.

2016 Foolhardy
Cabernet Sauvignon

A small-lot 100% Cabernet Sauvignon showcasing the best of the Columbia Valley. Vivid, ripe and intense, with a range of black cherry, wild raspberry and a hint of black currant flavors. A wine that convinces without shouting, featuring supple texture, depth and polished oak undertones. Dark chocolate and subtle spice nuances extend through the finish, with firm, fine-grained tannins and a lingering interplay of mouthwatering fruit tones.

This has the concentration to enjoy on its own and the vibrancy to complement a wide range of foods. There are few wrong choices (other than grapefruit and anchovies, IOO) and the point is to drink our wines however you like.
