2022 Red Willow Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2022 is another terrific vintage of our single vineyard Red Willow. Like the 2019 and 2020, the 2022 features the ripe raspberry, floral and dried herb tones that are signatures of this unique site, the westernmost vineyard in the Yakima Valley. Although the 2022 has much in common with its elder siblings, this is the most concentrated, muscular Red Willow to date, which will benefit from another year or two in bottle. If you are opening sooner rather than later, try to decant several hours ahead of time.

If you opt to cellar the 2022 Red Willow, it will age well for 15 to 20 years. We bottled just 75 cases of this stellar wine.

Serve with roasted and grilled meats.

2022 Bacchus Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon

As if to celebrate its 50 years, the Bacchus Vineyard Block 10 Cabernet Sauvignon, planted in 1972, excelled in 2022. It is the most concentrated and powerful Bacchus Cabernet Foolhardy has yet produced, loaded with flavors of ripe black currants, minerality and perfumed violets. There is delightful weight and texture, along with the freshness and elegance we've come to expect from this special site. Plush tannins linger in the finish, suggesting that the 2022 could be the longest-lived Bacchus to date. Those of you with the superb 2021 Bacchus in your cellars can look forward to a decade of delicious side-by-sides.

A barrel selection of the best Bacchus of the vintage, we produced just 672 bottles of this thrilling wine. The texture and aromatics of this Cabernet make it a great match with fowl or game, as well as roast meats.

2020 Foolhardy Cabernet Sauvignon

The fifth vintage of our flagship red is intense, supple and streamlined, with blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate and dried herb nuances. Like all our reds, it benefits from air, presenting a range of lovely spice and violet accents. The 2020 is a blend of three old vine Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards: Elephant Mountain, planted in 1999; Red Willow, from 1991; and the Bacchus Block 10, planted in 1972.

A mere 197 cases bottled.

Pair this exceptional Cabernet with roasted or grilled meats and vegetarian dishes with plenty of umami (e.g. grilled portobello mushrooms).

2022 Walla Walla Valley Malbec

Why is our limited production Malbec so popular? An exceptionally vibrant wine, loaded with a fragrant array of freshly crushed white peppercorns, wild berry and exotic spice tones. From a special block of Malbec at 1500 feet at Southwind Vineyard, this wine is lithe, focused and made for your holiday dining table.

Only 72 cases made.

2020 FH Cabernet Sauvignon

A powerful vintage of our popular FH Cabernet, with concentrated flavors of ripe blackberries, spice and dark chocolate. Supple, weighty tannins give this wine depth and focus, with mineral and subtle herbal accents lending complexity to a deliciously food friendly Cabernet Sauvignon blend.

Made with Cabernet from Bacchus, Elephant Mountain, Red Willow and Stonetree vineyards, with a dash of Malbec from Gamache and Southwind. This terrific Cabernet blend is drinking well today yet will age 8-10 years with ease. This wine has the depth and power to serve with red meat and stews, yet still has a fresh and aromatic character that will go with poultry and grilled vegetarian dishes.

2024 Foolhardy Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc is a ray of sunshine in the glass and our most versatile food wine. Wonderfully aromatic and mouthwatering, its loaded with refreshing citrus, honeysuckle, passionfruit and guava flavors, as well as the Evergreen Vineyard’s distinctive chalk and saline nuances.

At just 12.8% alcohol, this beauty is vibrant and light on its feet—the ideal aperitif—but with the intensity and generous texture to match beautifully whatever is on the menu year-round.

2022 Fool’s Sake Red Wine

The 2022 FFS is a ridiculous value, loaded with concentrated flavors of dark berries, chocolate and spice. Round and supple, it has the weight to complement food and the easy-drinking charm to stand alone.

This is a terrific everyday red wine, able to excel at the weekend barbecue with friends or help you relax on Monday night after the first day back at work. Will pair well with lasagna, roast chicken, mushroom risotto or a juicy hamburger.
