Spring 2026 New Releases
2023 Les Collines Cabernet Sauvignon
Our first vintage working with Les Collines Vineyard, situated at the windswept base of the Blue Mountains in Walla Walla, the 2023 Les Collines Cabernet Sauvignon is coiled and concentrated, loaded with dark berry extract and dark chocolate flavors framed by suave, muscular tannins. There’s terrific density to the texture and intriguing complexity to its cigar box and violet aromas. This wine is built to last and will gain depth and nuance over the next ten years and should hold for 20 years in the cellar. The fruit produced from this rugged, impeccably farmed site is so different from the Cabernets we make from Bacchus Block 10 in Pasco and Red Willow in Western Yakima, with the power, concentration and density to rival top California Cabernets. Like all Foolhardy wines it shows beautifully at the table, preferably with beef, lamb or game.
Just 70 cases produced.
This wine is only available to club members or in the Tasting Room.
2021 FH Cabernet Sauvignon
Our popular FH Cabernet Sauvignon is bright and exotic in 2021, with delicious nuances of dark chocolate, blueberry and cardamom spice. Pretty floral and blackberry flavors add intrigue, with lithe tannins and subtle herbal accents. Already showing outstanding complexity, the flavors develop weight and richness with air. This Cabernet blend is drinking well today and will reward cellaring for the next 6-8 years. This stunner has the depth and power to serve with red meat and hearty stews, along with a fresh and aromatic character to complements poultry and grilled vegetables.
2025 Sauvignon Blanc
We might drink more of the Foolhardy Sauvignon Blanc than any of our wines. At just 12.7% alcohol, it’s vibrant and light on its feet, but with the intensity and generous texture to match beautifully with whatever is on the menu. Frankly, we love it on its own. The 2025 is another success, with the variety’s signature citrus tones—think lime with a hint of grapefruit—and tropical nuances adding allure. There is good concentration and a trace of quince and apple. Chalky mineral flavors and mouthwatering saltiness linger on the palette.
