Foolhardy + Remoissenet Wine Dinner FAQs
Party SizeGuests may reserve one or two seats total, including themselves. If you would like a larger reservation, please email us. We will try to accommodate larger parties if seats remain after the initial reservation period.
Arrival and TimingThe reception begins at 5:30 with dinner to begin at 6:30pm. We expect the evening to conclude around 9:00pm. Arriving for the reception will give you time to speak with the winemakers and enjoy some wines and welcome bites before we sit down.
Wines and Pouring FormatWe will pour nine wines over the evening, including red and white wines during the reception, followed by one white-wine flight and two red-wine flights with dinner.
We encourage you to explore each wine, but you are welcome to skip any pour. An alternative white or red wine will be available for guests who prefer to skip a flight.
PaymentFull payment is required when you reserve. The club-member price is $245 per person and $265 for non-club members, including tax and gratuity.
Menu and Dietary NeedsThe four-course dinner will be served family style, with several dishes shared at the table during each course. The menu will include a variety of vegetarian dishes.
Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when reserving. You are also welcome to email us to discuss your needs. We will work with the chef to confirm what can be accommodated before the cancellation deadline. Because dishes will be shared, please contact us before booking if you have a severe food allergy.
Cancellations | TransfersBecause this intimate dinner requires advance commitments for food, wine, and travel from Burgundy, we are only able to provide full refunds for cancelations by 5:00pm on Friday, November 20th. Thereafter refunds will only be provided if we are able to refill the seat(s). You may also transfer your reservation to another guest by notifying us in advance.

Non-Drinking GuestsNon-drinking guests are welcome. The same per-person price applies, and we will offer nonalcoholic beverage options. Please let us know when reserving so we can plan accordingly.
Wine Available for PurchaseWines from both Foolhardy and Remoissenet will be available for purchase at the dinner. Quantities may be limited for specific wines, particularly for Remoissenet, and availability of individual wines cannot be guaranteed. We will be unable to ship any Remoissenet wines.
Location and Transportation
This private dinner will take place at East Alder Table, 110 E Alder Street, in downtown Walla Walla. Guests staying or living in downtown may be able to walk, and free street parking is available nearby. With a full evening of wine tasting planned, please arrange transportation in advance if needed.
