We think it would be tough to find a wine better suited to spring and summer. Already wonderfully aromatic and mouthwatering, it is loaded with refreshing citrus, honeysuckle, passion fruit and guava flavors, as well as the Evergreen Vineyard’s distinctive chalk and saline nuances.

 At just 12.8% alcohol, it is vibrant and light on its feet—the ideal aperitif—but with the intensity and generous texture to match beautifully with whatever is on the menu. Only 95 cases made.

Pairing Suggestions: Shellfish, grilled or roasted fish, pork and chicken are all great matches, as are spicy and vegetarian fare.
Serving: Serve cool, not cold. Evolves beautifully with air and time in the glass.
