2021 FH Cabernet Sauvignon

Our popular FH Cabernet Sauvignon is bright and exotic in 2021, with delicious nuances of dark chocolate, blueberry and cardamom spice. Pretty floral and blackberry flavors add intrigue, with lithe tannins and subtle herbal accents. This already shows outstanding complexity and the flavors develop weight and richness with air.

Made with Cabernet from Phinny Hill, Bacchus, Elephant Mountain and Stonetree vineyards, as well as Malbec from Gamache and Southwind, this Cabernet blend is drinking well today and will reward cellaring for the next 6-8 years.
